Can't access Administration

Hi all,
since yesterday I'm trying to get into the administration to change the setting and stuff, but it doesn't work at all :scratch: ! This blog supposed to be very easy to create ( only three steps...), but I spent so much time now with this, that I start to get anrgy about this...
Can anybody help me please, as I also couldn't find any support or contact address on www.blogieren.de...
I really appreciate any help!
